Better late than never - below are some great pictures of an eventful evening which culminated in the raising of over $6,000 for the American Cancer Society.

Playing Polkas to Raise Money!

Over the past few years, our Relay For Life Team of Volunteers (The ZF Dancing Fleas) has raised over 20,000 for the American Cancer Society. One of our biggest fund raisers was a benefit concert and silent auction. Below is a clip from our first benefit concert at the Old Town Music Hall in El Segundo, CA. If you're a local you have to check out this theater, it's an amazing vintage music hall that still shows silent movies and features performances on the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ....

California Vollyball Assoc. Hall Of Fame Inductees

The California Beach Volleyball Association, the body that organizes and markets amateur and professional beach volleyball competitions selected Hermosa Beach to be the permanent home of the sport's hall of fame. The hall will be in the Hermosa Beach Historical Society Museum and likely open by summer 2012, organizers say.


We were honored to be asked to provide some of the background music to the inductee video.

ZF Dancing Fleas - Silent Auction and Benefit Concert

Almost one year ago the ZF Dancing Fleas, Relay for Life Team, was formed and we raised almost 20,000 for the American Cancer Society. Below are some pics from our big Silent Auction and Benefit Concert, held at the Vintage Old Town Music Hall.

Actor Comedian Owen Smith got everyone rollin to a great start. And we were joined by several friends on stage to create some musical magic. The night ended with Dancing in the Aisles!
